We at Vibe Command Response have realized that we have dropped the ball with communicating to those of you who have supported us in so many ways. We have been caught up in our daily responsibilities, but have been irresponsible with keeping you all up to date with Vibe.
Although, over the course of the past year, we have worked hard to get our product ready for the market, we have run into various engineering and financial issues that have caused us to pull back from promoting Vibe. We didn’t want to build it up only to have nothing to offer in the end. We still aren’t sure what is going to happen, but we haven’t lost the fire for the dream. We really want to see this product out there, and will continue to push until we can’t anymore.
Our biggest problem to date has been bringing the cost of the components of Vibe’s electronic circuit board down to where it will be affordable for both large and small tree care companies to purchase. We thought this would be an easy thing to accomplish, but we have found out that we need to re-engineer the whole Vibe unit. Due to the high cost of re-engineering we are currently seeking an investor who would be interested in investing in the company. We are meeting with a possible investor on February 27th, 2018. A follow up to you will be posted on our website and directly through email for those of you who have supported us financially.
We sincerely apologize for not keeping you informed. You are the backbone of Vibe, and through your support you have laid it’s foundation. To increase transparency and improve communication we will start to provide regular follow-ups to everyone as things move forward. We will be posting updates and videos of vibe in action and useful safety and industry information on our website and social media. We look forward to bringing you good news soon. Thank you for your support, patience, and understanding.
Your Vibe Team
